About this property

A 19th-century family house restored over three years, wrapped around a citrus courtyard with a plunge pool at its centre.

The Rooftop Suite is the top floor entirely to yourself: a king bed under a carved cedar ceiling, a marble bathroom with a rainfall shower, and a private terrace that looks over the medina rooftops to the High Atlas. Breakfast — msemen, amlou, fresh orange juice, mint tea — is served up there each morning from 07:30.

The riad has eight rooms in total, a hammam on the ground floor, and staff on site around the clock. Cars can’t reach the door; the team meets you at the nearest parking with a trolley for your bags.

Le riad dont on rêve

Tout est soigné, du petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au thé à la menthe en rentrant du souk. Youssef nous a même trouvé un taxi à 5 h du matin. On reviendra sans hésiter.

Response from Youssef

Merci beaucoup ! Votre chambre vous attend quand vous voulez.

The terrace at sunrise is worth the trip on its own. Youssef arranged our desert tour and had mint tea waiting when we got back at midnight. Faultless.

Beautiful house and very kind staff. Only note: the stairs are steep and there's no lift, so pack light if you're on the top floor.

Response from Youssef

Thank you Marco — you're right, and we always offer help with bags. Hope to see you again.

Spotless, quiet, and genuinely 5 minutes from the square. The hammam downstairs after a day in the souks was the best 300 dirhams I spent.

Un vrai havre de paix au cœur de la médina. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse est un régal et l’équipe est aux petits soins.

Lovely riad and a great breakfast. The Family Suite was spacious; a little noise from the derb early in the morning, but earplugs were provided.

Response from Youssef

Danke Jonas! We have since added thicker curtains in the Family Suite.
