Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Destina is an online marketplace operated by AbodyStudio Sarl, a company incorporated in Morocco and registered in Casablanca. Destina connects travellers with Moroccan businesses — riads, hotels, tour operators, car rental agencies, event organisers, boat owners and wellness venues.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Destina’s role

Destina is not the host, the carrier or the organiser of the services you book. The service contract is concluded directly between you and the vendor whose listing you booked. Destina provides the technical platform, payment collection, invoicing and first-line customer support.

Each vendor remains responsible for the accuracy of its listing, the availability it displays, the quality of the service delivered and compliance with the Moroccan regulations that apply to its activity (tourism classification, transport licence, travel-agency licence, and so on).

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or over to book.
• The details you give us — name, phone number, email — must be accurate: the vendor uses them to welcome you and, if needed, to reach you urgently.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Bookings and payment

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), taxes included unless stated otherwise. Other currencies shown are indicative conversions; the charge is always made in dirhams.

• A booking is firm once payment is confirmed and you have received the voucher by email.
• The platform service fee is shown before payment and is non-refundable, except where the vendor cancels.
• The municipal tourist tax, where it applies, is paid on site to the venue.
• Some listings are payable on arrival; these are marked as such and may require a deposit at booking.

5. Cancellations and changes

Every listing shows its own cancellation policy before payment. The standard schedules are described on the Cancellation Policy page. A date-change request is treated as a new booking if the vendor cannot accept it as it stands.

6. Vendor obligations

A vendor undertakes to:

1. describe its offer accurately and use only photographs it owns the rights to;
2. keep availability up to date and honour every confirmed booking;
3. hold the permits, insurance and classifications required under Moroccan law;
4. never ask for payment outside the platform for a booking that came from Destina;
5. invoice the service in line with applicable tax law.

Failing these undertakings may lead to the suspension or closure of the vendor account.

7. Traveller reviews

Only travellers who actually booked may post a review. Reviews that are abusive, defamatory, unrelated to the service or that contain personal data are removed. Vendors have a public right of reply.

8. Content and intellectual property

The brand, the site and its code are the property of AbodyStudio Sarl. By publishing a listing, a vendor grants Destina a non-exclusive licence to use its text and photographs to promote that listing on the platform and its distribution channels.

9. Liability

Destina cannot be held liable for damage arising from a vendor’s performance or non-performance of a service, nor for events of force majeure. Where Destina’s liability is engaged, it is limited to the service fee collected on the booking concerned.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
