Welcome to Destination.ma, the Moroccan marketplace and directory for stays, travel, leisure and wellness. Whether you run a riad in Marrakech, an independent car rental agency in Casablanca, a salon or spa in Tangier, a tour agency or a boat charter, Destination.ma helps you be found and booked.

1. Your business may already be listed

To help travellers, Destination.ma lists the basic public information of businesses across Morocco, for free. Your business may already have a page, visible to travellers today.

How to take it over

1. Search: find your business in our directory.
2. Claim: click "Claim this page" on your page.
3. Verify: create your account, then give your identity document and one document proving the business (such as the trade register extract for a company). If the business e-mail on your page is yours, you can also confirm with a code sent to it.
4. Launch: once approved, you manage your page, open your offers to booking and start receiving bookings.

2. A dashboard made for your trade

When you sign up or claim your page, you choose your trade, and your dashboard shows the tools for it:

• 🏨 Hotels, riads and villas: rooms and availability, prices by season, arrivals and departures, house rules.
• 🚗 Car rental agencies: your fleet and its availability, prices by length of rental, deposits.
• 🐪 Tours and experiences: day trips and multi-day tours, group sizes, guides' languages.
• 🎟️ Events: e-tickets, capacity, VIP options, schedules.
• 🛥️ Boats and yachts: skippers, rentals by the hour or the day, extras on board.
• 💇 Salons and spas: each practitioner's schedule, treatment packages, breaks between appointments.

3. Tools for your business

• 🔄 Channel manager (add-on): keeps your availability and prices in step with the big booking sites (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb) as each connection opens. Ask our team which connections are live.
• 🎙️ AI assistant: ask your partner dashboard questions by voice or text: today's bookings, availability on a date, revenue, occupancy, your balance.
• 📊 Statistics: visits to your page, contacts, bookings and revenue in clear charts.

4. Clear money terms

Being listed and keeping your page in the directory is free. We only earn when you do: a commission of 10–20% depending on your category, only on bookings made through Destination.ma. Your exact rate is in your partner dashboard and agreement. All the details are on our pricing page.

• Online payments: when a traveller pays online (CMI, Visa, Mastercard), we collect the payment, keep our commission and credit the rest to your balance.
• Payouts: request a payout at any time, or choose an automatic one every Monday or on the 5th of each month, to your Moroccan bank account.
• 0% on your own bookings: bookings you enter yourself in your calendar (phone, walk-in) carry no commission.
• Bookings paid on site: our commission is taken from your online balance or billed. A bill is paid within 7 days.

5. Built for Moroccan rules

• 🔒 Personal data (Law 09-08): your customers' and your own data are protected and handled in line with Law 09-08 and the guidance of the CNDP.
• 📝 Electronic records (Law 53-05): each acceptance of our terms and each partner agreement is recorded with its date and time.
• 🛡️ Force majeure (Article 269 DOC): clear rules apply when an exceptional event (natural disaster, administrative closure) prevents a booking from taking place.
