Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the date, from your booking page. If the organiser cancels a date, you are refunded in full automatically.
Children under 12 have their own ticket, bought with an adult ticket. Maximum 2 children per adult. They still need to be added to the booking for the headcount.
Your e-tickets arrive with your confirmation. Show the QR code on your phone at the door — each code lets you in once.
