About this villa
A low white house behind a wall of bougainvillea, ten minutes south of Essaouira, where the argan trees start and the wind finally drops.
Built in 2019 in the old Souiri style — thick walls, tadelakt bathrooms, a courtyard that catches the morning sun — but with underfloor heating, fibre internet and a kitchen that works. Four bedrooms all open onto the garden; the master has its own terrace facing the sea.
Fatima cooks breakfast every morning and dinner five nights a week (shopping billed at cost). Hassan looks after the garden and pool and will drive you into town whenever you ask. Sidi Kaouki beach is a 12-minute walk down the track.
